5 Brands that have adopted NFTs

2021 has seen a boom of brands adopting NFTs, but it’s not done yet. We are still in really early adopters of this movement and you still have time to jump into the game. Research is a must but whether you are a business owner (the same thing to be honest) NFT is a technology worth reading about. In this article we are going to explore 5 huge brands that have implemented NFTs in their marketing.

First of all, let’s talk about social media. Almost every platform is adopting the use of NFTs: Twitter pioneer of this movement, now allows users to add an NFT as a profile picture. Also, Instagram now allows adding digital collectibles to their feed. Isn’t it crazy how this technology is slowly taking space in all the platforms we know? And if it wasn’t enough also Reddit is jumping into the game with their own launch.

Adidas has launched their own collection of 10000 Bored Ape created on Etherium. Owning one of these means having advantages like access to limited edition products, taking part of exclusive events and a lot more.

Also, the other titan of sports apparel has launched not only digital Nike sneakers on Etherium in April 2022 but also has launche a web three platform that goes by the name of .Swoosh which offers Polygon products

Louis Vuitton has launched a game last August that rewarded who played with an historical NFTs of the brand: “The NFT project aims to educate players on the brand’s 200-year history, and again turns to randomly awarded free NFTs rather than an auction or priced sale. Similar to the first iteration, players who reach a certain threshold will have the chance to qualify for an NFT raffle. The raffle, running until 4 August, will distribute a total of 10 new NFTs that feature the game’s character, Vivienne, who is an anthropomorphism of the company’s monogram. The NFTs portray Vivienne in a variety of looks, and will be portable across platforms and function as an avatar on social networks, similar to an LV PFP.”

4. Lamborghini

Lamborghini has joined the NFT club launching a monthly collection of digital tokens made of 4 NFTs. On their website they state: ‘The Lamborghini NFT community spoke, and we listened. Beginning with Drop 2 (coming September 2022), all base NFTs (priced at $196.30) will be limited to an edition size of 1,963.

These three limited-edition collectible NFTs will each be available for 24 hours, and are joined by an extremely rare edition of which only 63 will be minted; a nod to the genesis of Lamborghini’s 1963 foundation.
